James is a true professional in his field. First of all, he made himself available on very quick notice and was more than happy to accommodate me. He spent a great deal of time performing the inspection and really wanted us to understand his findings. We walked with him throughout the house and he made sure to explain everything in detail. He would often make recommendations on improvements and repairs. You could tell right away that he is an expert. At the end, he summarized everything that he found and was concerned about during the inspection. His official report was great and very thorough. We have never purchased a home before and the whole experience was new to us. One of our friends referred your company to us. Thank you for allowing my husban to follow you during the inspection.
